शैक्षणिक पात्रता:
~ उमेदवाराने मान्यता प्राप्त महाविद्यालयातून कायद्यातील पदवी घेतलेली असावी.
~ संगणक ऑपरेशनचे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक .
~ उमेदवारकडे संशोधन , पडताळणी कौशल्य ,लेखन क्षमता आणि संगणका बद्दल बेसिक ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक .
~ कायद्याचे शिक्षण घेणारा पाचव्या वर्षात ( शेवटच्या वर्षात ) असलेला उमेदवार देखील अर्ज करण्यास पात्र असेल .
वयोमर्यादा :-
~ उमेदवार हा 15 फेब्रुवरी रोजी 20 ते 32 वर्षे वयोगतात येत असावा .
~ एससी एसटी प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारास वयोमर्यादेत 5 वर्षाची सूट देण्यात येईल .
~ ओबीसी प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारास 03 वर्षाची वयोमर्यादेत सूट देण्यात येईल .
~ खुल्या प्रवर्गातील उमेदवारास वयोमर्यादेत कसल्याही प्रकारची सवलत दिली जाणार नाही .
