पद क्र. 1 :

• उमेदवाराने कोणत्याही शाखेतील पदवी (Graduate in Any Discipline) मिळवलेली असावी.

• उमेदवाराला मराठी टंकलेखन (Typing) किमान 30 शब्द प्रति मिनिट आणि इंग्रजी टंकलेखन किमान 40 शब्द प्रति मिनिट येणे आवश्यक आहे.

• उमेदवाराने विधी पदवी (Law Degree / LLB) घेतलेली असावी.

• संबंधित क्षेत्रात किमान 5 वर्षांचा अनुभव असणे आवश्यक आहे.

• उमेदवाराने कोणत्याही शाखेतील पदवी (Graduate in Any Discipline) मिळवलेली असावी.

• मराठी टंकलेखन 30 शब्द प्रति मिनिट व इंग्रजी टंकलेखन 40 शब्द प्रति मिनिट प्रमाणे येणे आवश्यक आहे.

• उमेदवार किमान 10वी उत्तीर्ण असावा.

• त्याचबरोबर ग्रंथालय शास्त्र कोर्स (Library Course) पूर्ण केलेला असणे आवश्यक आहे.

• मराठी व इंग्रजी लघुलेखन (Stenography) – मराठी 80 शब्द प्रति मिनिट व इंग्रजी 80 शब्द प्रति मिनिट प्रमाणे असणे आवश्यक आहे.

• तसेच मराठी टंकलेखन 40 शब्द प्रति मिनिट व इंग्रजी टंकलेखन 60 शब्द प्रति मिनिट प्रमाणे असणे आवश्यक आहे.

• उमेदवाराने B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) पदवी मिळवलेली असावी.

• त्याचबरोबर D.F.M. / LGSD / GDS & A यापैकी कोणताही आवश्यक डिप्लोमा/कोर्स पूर्ण केलेला असावा.

• तसेच उमेदवाराला लिपिक पदावर किमान 5 वर्षे नियमित सेवा अनुभव असावा.
