Maharashtra Housing Policy 2025 :The Government of Maharashtra has officially released the GR for the “Majhe Ghar, Majha Adhikar Yojana.”

माझं घर, माझा अधिकार योजना ही महाराष्ट्र सरकारने सुरू केलेली एक महत्त्वपूर्ण योजना आहे.
ही योजना 2025 मध्ये लागू करण्यात आली असून, याचा मुख्य उद्देश राज्यातील नागरिकांना परवडणारी, शाश्वत आणि सर्वसमावेशक घरे उपलब्ध करून देणे हा आहे.

सरकार वेळोवेळी नागरिकांच्या मदतीसाठी आणि औद्योगिक तसेच सामाजिक प्रगतीसाठी विविध योजना राबवत असते. या योजनांमुळे गरजू लोकांना थेट सहाय्य मिळते आणि त्यांचा जीवनमान उंचावतो.

त्यापैकीच एक योजना म्हणजे “माझं घर, माझा अधिकार”. ही योजना महाराष्ट्र शासनाच्या माध्यमातून संपूर्ण राज्यभर राबवली जाणार आहे.

या योजनेअंतर्गत कोण पात्र आहेत, किती प्रमाणात कर्जरूपी मदत मिळेल, अर्ज करण्याची प्रक्रिया काय आहे, किती नागरिकांना लाभ मिळणार आहे, तसेच आवश्यक कागदपत्रे कोणती लागतील याबद्दलची सविस्तर माहिती आपण या लेखामध्ये जाणून घेणार आहोत.

~ लाभार्थी हा भारताचा स्थायिक निवासी असणे आवश्यक आहे .

~ सरकारी कर्मचारी , माजी सैनिक , स्वातंत्र्यसैनिक , दिव्यांग व्यक्ती . पत्रकार , कलाकार , गिरणी कामगार या योजनेचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी पात्र असतील .

~ उमेदवार हा वयोमर्यादेत येत असावा ही या योजनेची महत्वपूर्ण अट आहे .

 योजनेबद्दल काही ठळक मुद्दे :-

• आधार कार्ड / मतदान कार्ड / ड्रायविंग लायसेंस / पॅन कार्ड / पासपोर्ट .

• माजी सैनिक: सेवा निवृत्ती प्रमाणपत्र
• अपंग: दिव्यांग प्रमाणपत्र

अर्ज प्रक्रिया – माझं घर, माझा अधिकार योजना 2025

1. अधिकृत वेबसाईटला भेट द्या

   • सर्वप्रथम इच्छुक उमेदवाराने महाराष्ट्र सरकारच्या अधिकृत पोर्टलवर जावे.

   • या लेखाच्या शेवटी दिलेल्या अधिकृत लिंकवर क्लिक करून थेट वेबसाईटला जाऊ शकता.

2. नोंदणी (Registration) करा

   • वेबसाईटवर गेल्यावर “Apply Online / नोंदणी करा” या पर्यायावर क्लिक करा.

   • आपले नाव, मोबाईल नंबर, ई-मेल आयडी आणि आधार क्रमांक भरून पासवर्ड तयार करा व नोंदणी पूर्ण करा.

3. लॉगिन करा

   • नोंदणी झाल्यानंतर आपल्या यूजर आयडी आणि पासवर्डच्या सहाय्याने लॉगिन करा.

   • “माझं घर, माझा अधिकार योजना 2025” साठीचा ऑनलाइन अर्ज फॉर्म उघडा.

4. माहिती भरा

   • अर्ज फॉर्ममध्ये वैयक्तिक माहिती जसे की पूर्ण नाव, पत्ता, जन्मतारीख, उत्पन्नाची माहिती, कुटुंबाची माहिती भरा.

   • योजनेतील पात्रता व पर्याय निवडा.

5. कागदपत्रे अपलोड करा

   • आवश्यक कागदपत्रे स्कॅन करून (PDF/JPEG फॉरमॅटमध्ये) अपलोड करा.

   • आवश्यक कागदपत्रांची यादी :

     • आधार कार्ड

     • पॅन कार्ड

     • उत्पन्न प्रमाणपत्र

     • रहिवासी दाखला

     • मालमत्ता/जमिनीचे कागदपत्रे (लागू असल्यास)

6. शुल्क भरा (लागू असल्यास)

   • काही श्रेणीसाठी अल्प प्रमाणात प्रक्रिया शुल्क लागू होऊ शकते.

   • शुल्क ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI द्वारे भरता येईल.

7. पूर्वावलोकन (Preview) आणि सबमिट करा

   • सर्व माहिती भरल्यानंतर एकदा तपासून पाहा.

   • “Submit” बटनावर क्लिक करून अर्ज सबमिट करा.

8. प्रिंटआउट घ्या

   • अर्ज सबमिट केल्यानंतर अर्जाची एक कॉपी डाउनलोड करून प्रिंट काढा.

   • ही कॉपी भविष्यातील पडताळणी व संदर्भासाठी जपून ठेवा.

9. पुढील माहिती तपासा

   • अर्जदाराने वेळोवेळी अधिकृत पोर्टल तपासत राहावे.

   • त्यावर दस्तऐवज पडताळणी, सोडत निकाल व घर वाटपाची माहिती अपडेट केली जाईल.
