पदानुसार आवश्यक शैक्षणिक पात्रता :-
1. ज्युनियर रिसर्च फेलो (JRF)
उमेदवाराने B.E./B.Tech (Microelectronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Power Electronics, Thermal Engineering, Thermal Science & Engineering, Thermal Science & Energy Systems, Heat Transfer, Mechanical, Digital Electronics, Micro-Electronics, Signal Processing, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Structural इत्यादी) किंवा M.Sc. (Chemistry / Physics / Mathematics) मध्ये पदवी प्राप्त केलेली असावी.
वरील पदवी शिक्षण कोणत्याही सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त विद्यापीठ/संस्था मधून किमान 60% गुणांसह पूर्ण केलेले असणे आवश्यक आहे.
उमेदवाराने पदवी नंतर M.E./M.Tech. (संबंधित शाखा) पूर्ण केलेले असणे आवश्यक आहे.
संगणकाचे मूलभूत ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक आहे. (उदा. MS-CIT प्रमाणपत्र / संगणकाचा अभ्यासक्रम)
उमेदवाराने शैक्षणिक काळात संगणक विषय शिकलेला असल्यास प्राधान्य दिले जाईल.
इंग्रजी भाषेचे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक आहे.
संबंधित क्षेत्रात किमान 3 वर्षांचा अनुभव आणि त्याचे प्रमाणपत्र असणे आवश्यक आहे.
2. रिसर्च असोसिएट – I (RA-I)
उमेदवाराने B.E./B.Tech (Microelectronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Power Electronics, Thermal Engineering, Thermal Science & Engineering, Thermal Science & Energy Systems, Heat Transfer, Mechanical, Digital Electronics, Micro-Electronics, Signal Processing, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Structural इत्यादी) किंवा M.Sc. वयाची अट :-
~ उमेदवार १ जानुवारी 2025 रोजी पदानुसार खालील वयोगटात येत असावा .
पद क्र 1. ज्युनियर रिसर्च फेलो (JRF) :- उमेदवार हा कमीत कमी वयवर्षे 18 ते जास्तीत जास्त 35 वर्षे या वयोगटात येत असावा .
पद क्र. 2 रिसर्च असोसिएट-I (RA-I) :- उमेदवार हा कमीत कमी वयवर्षे 18 ते जास्तीत जास्त 28 वर्षे या वयोगटात येत असावा .
~ एससी एसटी प्रवर्गात येणाऱ्या उमेदवारास वयोमर्यादेत 5 वर्षाची सूट देण्यात येईल .
~ ओबीसी प्रवर्गातून असणाऱ्या उमेदवारास वयोमेंदेत 3 वर्षाची सूट देण्यात येईल .
~ खुल्या प्रवर्गात असणाऱ्या उमेदवारास वयोमर्यादेत कसल्याही प्रकारची सवलत दिली जाणार नाही .
