उमेदवाराकडे मेकॅनिकल इंजिनिअरिंग डिप्लोमा 60% गुणांसह असावा.
कम्प्युटरचे बेसिक ज्ञान किंवा एमएस-CIT सारखे प्रमाणपत्र असावे.
कम्प्युटर विषय शैक्षणिक वर्षात घेतला असेल तर अधिक चांगले.
मराठी आणि इंग्रजी भाषेचे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक.
अनुभव असल्यास त्याचे प्रमाणपत्र जोडणे फायदेशीर.

इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजिनिअरिंग डिप्लोमा 60% गुणांसह असावा.
कम्प्युटरचे बेसिक ज्ञान किंवा एमएस-CIT प्रमाणपत्र आवश्यक.
इंग्रजी भाषेचे ज्ञान असणे आवश्यक.
संबंधित क्षेत्राचा अनुभव असल्यास ते उत्तम.

मराठी 30 Wpm आणि इंग्रजी 40 Wpm टायपिंग प्रमाणपत्र असावे.

वयाची अट :-
~ उमेदवार 30 एप्रिल 2025 रोजी कमीत कमी वयवर्षे 18 ते जास्तीत जास्त 47 वर्षे या वयोगटात येत असावा .
~ एससी एसटी प्रवर्गात येणाऱ्या उमेदवारास वयोमर्यादेत 5 वर्षाची सूट देण्यात येईल .
~ ओबीसी प्रवर्गातून असणाऱ्या उमेदवारास वयोमेंदेत 3 वर्षाची सूट देण्यात येईल .

HPCL Selection Process – Correct & Detailed
The selection for HPCL Junior Executive posts is conducted in multiple stages and is entirely elimination-based
1. Computer-Based Test (CBT)
This is the first stage and is mandatory for all candidates.
The test comprises two sections:
General Aptitude (Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Data Interpretation)
Technical/Professional Knowledge (based on the candidate’s engineering or relevant qualification)
Evaluation is objective (MCQs), and there is a negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer .
Qualifying norms:
60% aggregate for General/EWS;
54% aggregate for SC/ST/OBCNC/PwBD;
Additionally, 50% minimum in the Technical section for all categories ..
Based on merit and category, candidates are shortlisted and asked to upload supporting documents.
2. Group Task / Group Discussion
Shortlisted candidates undergo a Group Task or Group Discussion.
This stage evaluates communication skills, teamwork, leadership, and clarity of thought .
3. Personal Interview
Candidates who qualify the Group Task/Discussion are called for a personal interview to assess knowledge, confidence, and suitability for the role .
4. Pre-Employment Medical Exam
Finally, selected candidates must pass a medical fitness test as per HPCL’s norms
5. Physical Fitness Test (if applicable)
Applicable for certain posts like Junior Executive – Civil/Mechanical, candidates must pass a Physical Fitness Efficiency Test
